The Garden Of Eatin's Oatmeal Cranberry & Raisin Cookies


2/3 cup brown sugar - packed
2/3 cup softened butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 old fashioned rolled oats
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup dried cranberries
2/3 cup chocolate chips or raisins

Preheat oven 375F

Use electric mixer beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and mix well.
Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl and add to wet mixture in several additions. Then stir in cranberries and raisins or chocolate chips.
Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, parchment or a silicone baking mat.
Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
