Purple Pepper Pizza With Spelt Crust, Purple Kale & Baby Spinach
Garden provisions pizza - home grown purple peppers (love them) yellow cherry t's (hello), purple kale (yes please) and baby spinach (super cute) on a spelt crust for dinner tonight!

The Dough:
2 cups light spelt flour
1 1/2 teaspoons quick-rising yeast
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil or other cooking oil
1 teaspoon honey
2/3 cups warm water

The Toppings:
Pizza Sauce (homemade is the best but if you're in a rush, store bought is fine)
Purple peppers
Yellow cherry tomatoes
Purple kale
Baby spinach
Fresh mozzarella
Parmesan cheese

How To:
Stir first 3 ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Knead dough until smooth. Stretch to fit greased 10 or 12 inch pizza pan. Place a few tablespoons of sauce onto the dough and spread evenly up to the edges. Place mozzarella cheese on next and then place your veggies on top. Sprinkle with some fresh parmesan and bake in preheated oven 400F for 22-25 minutes.
