Peanut Butter Toasts with Bananas and Apples

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread, toasted
  • 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 apple, thinly sliced
  • raw cacao nibs, for garnishing (optional)
  • hemp hearts, for garnishing (optional)


  • Step 1

    Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on to each slice of toasted bread. Layer bananas and/or apples and garnish with cacao nibs, hemp hearts and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup as desired.
