When you are craving something chocolatey turn to these Chocolate Baked Oats. These baked oats are made have a gooey fudgy center and take big chocolate chips for extra decadence. Enjoy it for breakfast or dessert.

ingredients

  • oat flour
  • vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 150 millileters non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate spread
  • A handful of chocolate chips, for topping

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C. In a blender, mix well all the ingredients until smooth. Pour 2/3 of the batter into the ramekin, add the oreo cream filling in the center, then pour the remaining batter on top. Top with more chocolate chips. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
