ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 sweet potato (cooked and chilled)
  • 1 cup mango (frozen)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 serving homemade protein powder (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend spinach, almond milk and water until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Next add remaining ingredients and blend again.
