- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin (unsweetened, canned)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup mano (frozen)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 serving homemade protein powder (optional)
