ingredients

  • 2 1/4 teasopon yeast
  • 1 tablespook honey
  • 1 water, heated to 110F
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespook olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespook milk
  • 1 tablespook fresh basil
  • 1 tablespook fresh dill
  • 1 tablespook fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 tablespook lemon juice
  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 1/3 buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method

  • Step 1

    Making the Pizza Dough In the bowl of a stand-up mixer with the dough hook attachment, mix together the yeast, honey and warm water. Allow mixture to sit for 5 minutes until mixture becomes frothy. Add in the salt, olive oil and 2 cups flour and mix until the dough forms a ball and is smooth and elastic. Add in extra flour ¼ cup at a time if the dough is too sticky. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and allow to rise 30 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Making the Ranch Dressing In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the ranch dressing (yogurt, milk, lemon juice, fresh parsley, basil, dill, garlic). Set aside.

  • Step 3

    Making the Buffalo Chicken Mix together chicken, garlic salt and pepper and buffalo sauce. Stir to evenly coat chicken. Set aside.

  • Step 4

    Assembling Lightly grease a 14 inch pizza stone with nonstick cooking spray. Lightly flour your countertop and roll the dough into an approximate 14 inch diameter. Place on pizza stone. Spread the ranch dressing on pizza. Drizzle with hot sauce. Add ¾ cup each of mozzarella and white cheddar cheese. Sprinkle on the buffalo chicken. Add the remaining ½ cup of cheese. Mix together the dried basil and oregano and sprinkle on top of pizza.

  • Step 5

    Baking the Pizza Bake in 425F preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melty. Serve with additional fresh herbs if desired.
