Almond-Coconut Laddoos

Almond Coconut Ladoos are a perfect treat for Diwali or any festive occasion. 

It’s a modern spin on a Diwali classic, rava ladoo (in my mother tongue, Marathi) or sooji laddoo (in Hindi). 

I was playing around in my kitchen and decided to switch the key ingredient in my mom’s recipe - rava/sooji/semolina with superfine blanched almond flour. The result was amazing! The ladoos looked and felt just like the classic rava ladoos that I grew up eating, but were richer and nuttier to taste.
