ingredients

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella
  • Siete Grain Free Almond Flour Tortillas (x2 tortillas per pizza)⁠
  • pepperoni

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven at 350°F/180°C.

  • Step 2

    Mix tomato sauce, dried oregano, and the olive oil in a bowl.

  • Step 3

    Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

  • Step 4

    Add the cheese to the first almond flour tortilla.

  • Step 5

    Place the second tortilla directly over the cheese-coated tortilla.

  • Step 6

    Add the tomato sauce mixture on top of the second tortilla.

  • Step 7

    Add more cheese and the pepperoni.

  • Step 8

    Bake for 10-15 mins.
