"The Sazerac is one of my personal favorites. One of the original cocktails this one is a fantastic mix that is not only strong but tasty. Swap the sugar cube for a spoon of brown sugar for a more complex cocktail. I tend to put 6 or more dashes of the Peychaud's bitters but you will have to figure out your ideal balance. Mix one up and enjoy."

- 1/4 ounce absinthe
- 1 spoon brown sugar
- 4 dashes Peychaud's Bitters, or more to taste
