ingredients
- 10 LĂRABAR Double Chocolate Truffle Bar, divided
- 2 cups raw cashews, soaked for 1 hour and drained
- 10 large medjool dates, pitted
To make the base:
Method
Step 1
Microwave the @Larabars for 15 - 20 seconds or until slightly soft.
Step 2
Press the softened @larabars into the bottom of a parchment lined 8x4 loaf pan.
Step 3
Take the remaining two @larabars and break up into pieces. Sprinkle over top of the base.
For the Filling:
Step 1
In a food processor, blend cashew and dates until smooth. Pour over crust.
Step 2
Place in the for a 2-3 hours or overnight to set. Slice into desired size bars. Keep any leftovers in the frozen until ready to serve.
