ingredients
- 1/4 cups Plant based butter
- 1/4 cup Gluten free all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoons Plant based butter
- 2 Plant based milk
- 2 cups Veggie broth
- 5 cloves minced Garlic
- 1 chopped Yellow onion
- 1 1/2 cups grated Carrot
- 1 chopped Broccoli head
- 1 teaspoons Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoons Onion powder
- 1 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne
- 1/4 cups Nutritional yeast
- 2 cups shredded Vegan cheddar cheese
Method
Step 1
Melt 1tbs. plant based butter, sauté onion & garlic until fragrant. Remove from pan.
Step 2
Melt 1/4 c. plant based butter, & whisk in 1/4 c. gluten free flour until combined well.
Step 3
Slowly mix in 2 c. plant based milk. Add 2 c. veggie broth.
Step 4
Add garlic powder, onion powder, & cayenne. Bring to a boil.
Step 5
Add broccoli, carrots, & return sautéed onion & garlic.
Step 6
Add nutritional yeast, & bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cover until veggies have softened. (About 20 minutes)
Step 7
Mix in 2 c. vegan cheddar cheese until melted.
