Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 1 sliced bagel, or bread of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons soft goat cheese
  • 2 teaspoons coarse mustard
  • 1/2 small peach, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Prosciutto di Parma
  • 1/2 cup baby arugula

Method

  • Step 1

    Toast the bagel (or bread) to your liking, set aside.

  • Step 2

    Spread one half of the bagel with goat cheese, and one half with the mustard.

  • Step 3

    Top one of the bagel halves with sliced peaches, prosciutto, and arugula. Close the sandwich with the remaining bagel half.

  • Step 4

    Slice the sandwich in half and dig in!
