ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 (28 ounce) can Muir Glen Organic Mild Chili Starter with Fire Roasted Tomatoes and Green Peppers
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups medium shell pasta
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Sprinkle the flour over the beef and stir to coat. Cook for 1 minute to remove the raw flour taste.
Step 3
Pour in the Muir Glen Chili Starter, beef broth, and pasta. Stir well, then cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
Step 4
Stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Step 5
Top with fresh parsley and serve warm!
