Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons warm water⁠
  • 1 teaspoon light agave⁠
  • 1 15 ounce can coconut milk⁠
  • 3 lime zest & juice
  • 1 ounce cointreau⁠
  • 5 ounces tequila blanco⁠

Method

  • Step 1

    First, add 4 tbsp of warm water and 1 tsp of light agave to a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine until the agave is melted.⁠

  • Step 2

    Next, add 1 can (15 oz) coconut milk to the bowl. Whisk to combine. Add the zest and juice of 3 limes, 1 oz Cointreau, and 5 oz tequila blanco. Whisk to combine completely.⁠

  • Step 3

    Grab your popsicle molds – pour the mix into the molds (this should make 8 good-sized popsicles) and add the sticks. Set the kit up as the instructions (every set is a little different).⁠

  • Step 4

    Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Serve and enjoy!⁠
