ingredients
- 4 tablespoons warm water
- 1 teaspoon light agave
- 1 15 ounce can coconut milk
- 3 lime zest & juice
- 1 ounce cointreau
- 5 ounces tequila blanco
Method
Step 1
First, add 4 tbsp of warm water and 1 tsp of light agave to a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine until the agave is melted.
Step 2
Next, add 1 can (15 oz) coconut milk to the bowl. Whisk to combine. Add the zest and juice of 3 limes, 1 oz Cointreau, and 5 oz tequila blanco. Whisk to combine completely.
Step 3
Grab your popsicle molds – pour the mix into the molds (this should make 8 good-sized popsicles) and add the sticks. Set the kit up as the instructions (every set is a little different).
Step 4
Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Serve and enjoy!
