  • 3 heirloom tomatoes, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 (8 ounce) burrata
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Flakey sea salt,
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Basil leaves, for garnishing (optional)


  • Step 1

    Arrange the tomatoes and burrata on a plate. Garnish with lots of fresh lemon zest, flakey salt, black pepper and a glug of olive oil. Serve immediately.
