Tired of making banana bread (I know, how is that even possible!)? Make some banana bread choats with strawberry compote! Sure to put a smile on your face and in your tummy!

Yield: Serves or Makes 1 - 2 cups
Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup oats
- 11/2 cups plant based milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons plant based yogurt of choice
- Strawberry jam, to taste
Add banana, chia seeds, oats, plant milk, maple syrup and yogurt. Layer in chocolate chips and strawberry jam in an air tight container and leave in the fridge covered overnight and serve in the morning.
