Stout Beer Beef Stew

"I really don’t know why people obsess about St Patrick’s Day that much ??‍♀️ I mean I do know. It’s an excuse to make many bad choices (beeeen there pre-kids ??). But still. What’s with all the green food? . One saint paddy’s day I was working at a local pub and we were out of green food coloring. The horror! Shops were just about to close, so I had to run (no, really. legit run.) to three different ones to get green food coloring so we could serve green beer that night. Maybe that’s what put me off the green food thing ? . If I may suggest a better alternative, just make something that’s actually delicious. Something like this Guinness Beef Stew. It’s pretty amazing if you ask me. Way better than green food coloring in vanilla pudding. Way higher up on my very scientifically derived Irish scale too, if we’re being honest. .
