ingredients
- 4 zucchini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 tablespoon freshly crushed black pepper
- 2 tablespoon fresh grated parmesan
- salt
Method
Step 1
Use the spiralizer to cut the zucchini into spirals.
Step 2
Heat olive oil, add anchovy and cook till it melts in the oil (omit this step if you're vegetarian).
Step 3
Add in garlic and cook it for a few seconds. Add the zucchini and stir to combine.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper. Turn off the heat after 30 seconds.
Step 5
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
