ingredients
- 3 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 tsp dried onion flakes
- 1 tsp garlic flakes
- 1/2 finely chopped jalapeno
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- pinch sugar
- salt
- 6 tortillas
- 1 medium chopped tomato
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 3 large leaves lettuce
- 3 tablespoon torn fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 tablespoon Mediterranean Gouda cheese
Method
Step 1
Make the cream cheese spread In a small bowl combine the following- 3 tbsp cream cheese, finely chopped jalapeño, crushed black pepper, salt, dried garlic, dried onion, a pinch of sugar.
Step 2
Spread ½ tbsp of cream cheese spread on each tortilla. Top with onion, tomato, spinach, ½ a leaf of lettuce, parsley, 1 tbsp Gouda. Fold each tortilla loosely.
Step 3
Spread some olive oil in the panini press and cook tortilla (2-3 at a time) till toasted on both sides and the cheese all gooey and melted. Serve.
