"Go Chu Jang, a traditional Korean red pepper paste has a sweet and spicy taste and goes so well with any protein, veg or non veg. Gochujang generally contains red chili powder, fermented soybeans, rice wine, glutinous rice, and salt. This tofu dish is easy and is so very tasty. Make sure you’ve squeezed all the water out off the tofu. I usually place a towel on the tofu for about an hour so that all the water gets completely soaked up."

Method
Step 1
Cut tofu into small bites and marinate overnight with the following: fish sauce (omit if you’re cooking for a vegetarian and substitute with Worcestershire sauce), garlic paste, sesame oil, agave or honey, soy sauce and gochujang sauce. .
Step 2
When ready to cook, heat 1 tbsp oil and sauté the marinated tofu for a few mins on each side till a crust forms
Step 3
Add in any remaining marination, and cook till desired consistency. Serve with some sesame seeds and spring onions.
