Cut tofu into small bites and marinate overnight with the following: fish sauce (omit if you’re cooking for a vegetarian and substitute with Worcestershire sauce), garlic paste, sesame oil, agave or honey, soy sauce and gochujang sauce. .
When ready to cook, heat 1 tbsp oil and sauté the marinated tofu for a few mins on each side till a crust forms
Add in any remaining marination, and cook till desired consistency. Serve with some sesame seeds and spring onions.
