ingredients
- 4 corn on the cob
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- salt
- juice of one lime
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaf
Method
Step 1
Heat mustard oil in a cast iron pan. Put the corn cobs in the pan.
Step 2
Roast the corn turning intermittently till all the kernels have changed colour and turn black and burnt. Brush with a little more oil if needed to give that golden hue.
Step 3
Put corn on a serving plate. Sprinkle with paprika powder, lime juice, salt. Top with some chopped coriander leaf.
