ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 450 degrees, and grease and lightly flour a pizza pan.

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and Italian Seasoning.

  • Step 3

    Add the milk and water and stir to combine. Use your hands to knead the dough a few times until it comes together in a nice ball.

  • Step 4

    Roll out the dough into your prepared pizza pan until it’s about 1/4 inch thick. Poke it all over with a fork to prevent air bubbles, and pre-bake it for 5-10 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Remove it from the oven, and layer on your toppings of choice.

  • Step 6

    Place your pizza back in the ovenu, and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes. Allow your pizza to cool for a few minutes before you slice and serve!
