- 1 slice bread, toasted
- 1/ 2 avocado, smashed
- 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
- drizzle truffle oil
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 egg
- 2 ounces halloumi, sliced `
- 1/ 2 cup halved Brussels sprouts
Spread avocado on toast. Top with feta cheese and truffle oil.
Heat ghee in a cast iron skillet. Fry egg for 3-4 minutes, until whites are set and yolk is cooked to desired doneness. Remove egg from pan.
Add the halloumi and Brussels sprouts to the skillet and cook until slightly charred, flipping as needed.
