Sandwiches. Glorious sandwiches. Sandwiches in all ways, shapes and form have a special place in my heart and are preferred in my stomach. Whether you use fresh baked sourdough, whole grain or rye, stuff it with cold cuts, Italian salami or a selection of roasted vegetables. Anything goes and they will all be delicious! Here are all the recipes that are currently making me drool.

A Note From Alida Ryder

To make the zucchini and sweet potato chips:
@gabepllrn fries thin slices of the vegetables for a few minutes in a shallow pan of vegetable oil (about 1 inch up the side of the pan).
Alternatively, you could drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper and roast them in the oven at 450˚ F for about 10- 15 minutes, turning halfway through. For the herbed goat cheese, she mixes basil and chives into some goat cheese that has been lightly whipped in a stand mixer, or by hand.
