Maple Roasted Butternut Squash And Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 large butternut squash, cut in half

a few sweet potatoes

drizzle olive oil

Optional

drizzle of maple syrup

dash of pumpkin spice

sprinkle of brown sugar

unsalted butter

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375F and bake just like this for about 45 minutes OR until squash or potatoes are tender. Note: Since sweet potatoes are smaller, they cook faster.

Maple Pumpkin Spice Variation:

Wrap the Butternut squash in heavy duty alum foil and add pumpkin spice, brown sugar and unsalted butter and bake it like that wrapped in foil.  Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
