- 2 slices seed bread, toasted
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 4 tablespoons vegan lox cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Dill
- Parsley
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan, cover, and cook for 2-5 minutes.
Step 2
Spread cream cheese onto bread. Top with the fried egg, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
