  • 2 slices seed bread, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 4 tablespoons vegan lox cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Dill
  • Parsley


  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan, cover, and cook for 2-5 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Spread cream cheese onto bread. Top with the fried egg, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
