Spicy Vanilla Vodka Spanish Inquisition

ingredients
- 3 parts vodka
- 3 parts Cuarenta y Tres
- 4 parts tonic
- 2 parts lime juice
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 zest orange
- 1 thyme
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker or bowl.
Step 2
Garnish with cinnamon stick, orange zest, thyme, chili and black pepper.
Step 3
Allow to sit and stir for a minute or 10 to allow flavors to blend. Unless you’re thirsty, then just drink.
Step 4
Serve over ice in large wine glass
