Blackened Miso Salmon Ramen

"RECIPE:

Pop 1 tbsp of chili paste, 1 tbsp of sweet white miso paste, dash of soya sauce and a grated thumb bit of ginger in 350ml of water and bring to boil, add broccoli and lower to a simmer.

Soak rice noodles in boiling water. Meanwhile mix tspn mirin, tspn of miso paste and a tiny bit of sugar in a bowl and add your salmon fillet to coat, then pan fry skin side down for 4 mins, flip and blacken on top.

Serve with a soft boiled duck egg, black sesame, pea shoots and sliced and dry fried broccoli stalks. All the ingredients above can be sourced gluten free, the clear spring guys are good."
