Spicy Garlic Edamame Sautéed in San-J Umami Tamari Splash

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1-2 Thai chilis, chopped
  • 12 ounces frozen edamame, microwaved according to package directions
  • 2 tablespoons San-J Umami Tamari Splash, plus more for serving
  • Pinch of salt
  • Crispy garlic (optional)


  • Step 1

    In a saucepan on medium heat, add sesame oil.

  • Step 2

    Once the pan is nice and hot, add garlic and Thai chili. Saute for 1 minute.

  • Step 3

    Add edamame, mix well then add San-J Umami Tamari Splash. Saute for 2 -3 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Serve with crispy garlic and more San-J Umami Tamari Splash on the side.
