"• This Was Just Delicious. • Good evening my naked eaters! While I'm writing this caption I'm also enjoying this super delicious (just as well as nutritious) salad. The reason why it's so yummy are my two new pantry favourites - Umeboshi purée & Yuzu juice. I used the Umeboshi purée to fry my shiitake mushrooms in, together with some tamari and coconut oil. The Yuzu juice was the star of my dressing, which was made by mixing: • 1 tablespoons yuzu juice • juice from half a lime • 2 tablespoons tamari More than the mushrooms and the dressing this salad consisted of: • noodles • arame algae • polka beets • red cabbage • carrots • coriander • oven roasted and sesame oiled broccoli • radishes • avocado • edamame beans • salmon, which you can skip and instead use tofu"

Umeboshi purée

Shiitake mushrooms

Fry Shitake mushrooms in Umeboshi purée, tamari & coconut oil until cooked. 

Yuzu Juice Dressing
1 tablespoons yuzu juice
juice from half a lime
2 tablespoons tamari

Salad
