Wow does this soup look delicious (not to mention beautiful!) Am planning to take a page out of Running_With_Forks' book and try it after an intense workout - the seasonal veggies and broth should come together quickly as the salmon roasts. I love that the ginger adds anti-inflammatory benefits to this meal.
