ingredients
- 4 teaspoons Masala Chai
- 4 cups Almond Milk
- 1/2 cups Coconut cream
- 1/2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cups Cocoa Powder
- 1 pieces Fresh Chili
- 1 pieces Vanilla Pod
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 3 tablespoons Honey/Agave/Maple Syrup
Method
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, heat the almond milk, coconut cream, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, salt and optional sweetener. Keep stirring until the ingredients have melted and are combined.
Step 2
Next, add fresh chili and vanilla, keep stirring for a few minutes more.
Step 3
Take off the heat and allow to infuse for around 10 minutes.
Step 4
Pour into cups through a fine mesh strainer to remove the chili, vanilla and chai.
Step 5
