ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons Masala Chai
  • 4 cups Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cups Coconut cream
  • 1/2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cups Cocoa Powder
  • 1 pieces Fresh Chili
  • 1 pieces Vanilla Pod
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Honey/Agave/Maple Syrup

Method

  • Step 1

    In a medium saucepan, heat the almond milk, coconut cream, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, salt and optional sweetener. Keep stirring until the ingredients have melted and are combined.

  • Step 2

    Next, add fresh chili and vanilla, keep stirring for a few minutes more.

  • Step 3

    Take off the heat and allow to infuse for around 10 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Pour into cups through a fine mesh strainer to remove the chili, vanilla and chai.

  • Step 5
