Kale and Strawberry Summer Salad

ingredients
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 strawberries, sliced
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 2 lime, squeezes of
- salt and pepper, as needed
Method
Step 1
Add the kale into a large mixing bowl. Pour the olive oil into the bowl and massage it into the kale.
Step 2
Add chopped strawberries, carrots, chickpeas and scooped avocado.
Step 3
Add the agave syrup and fresh lime juice. Sprinkle some sea salt and black pepper on top and enjoy!
