ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 2 big handfuls spinach
- 1/2 a handful of frozen peas
- 1 cup water or milk
- 1/4 cup soy yogurt, for topping
- 1/4 cup granola, for topping
- Banana slices and berries, for topping
Method
Step 1
Add spinach and 1/2 cup water/milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add in the rest of the smoothie ingredients, a splash of water and blend until your preferred consistency. Add in more water if needed.
Step 2
Pour the smoothie in a bowl and top it with all the yummy toppings you can find in your kitchen cabinets.
