ingredients

  • 1 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cups kale
  • 1/4 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 chopped bananas banana
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice or coconut water
  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 avocado

Method

  • Step 1

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.

  • Step 2

    Stir in chia seeds and enjoy!
