- 1 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cups kale
- 1/4 cups chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1/2 chopped bananas banana
- 1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice or coconut water
- 1 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 avocado
