- 1 1/ 3 cups non-dairy milk
- 2/ 3 cup fresh or frozen spinach (packed)
- 1 1-inch piece fresh, peeled ginger
- 5 frozen bananas
- 2 teaspoons almond butter
- 1 pitted date
- 1/ 4 cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/ 4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/ 8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/ 8 teaspoon all spice
