ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 cups non-dairy milk
  • 2/3 cup fresh or frozen spinach (packed)
  • 1 1-inch piece fresh, peeled ginger
  • 5 frozen bananas
  • 2 teaspoons almond butter
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon all spice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground clove

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
