- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/ 2 cup packed frozen spinach
- 1 1/ 2 teaspoons sunflower seed butter
- 1/ 2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/ 2 cup hemp seeds
