Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).
- 2 tablespoon cilantro cashew pesto
- leafy greens, of choice
- 1/ 2 avocado
- 1/ 2 cup maple baked tempeh
- carrots, chopped length wise
- 3 tablespoon sauerkraut
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped length wise
- 1/ 2 cup purple cabbage, chopped length wise
- Choice of sliced bread
Spread pesto on bread, and start layering ingredients. Feel free to add your favorite vegetables and condiments as desired.
