  • 2 tablespoon cilantro cashew pesto
  • leafy greens, of choice
  • 1/ 2 avocado
  • 1/ 2 cup maple baked tempeh
  • carrots, chopped length wise
  • 3 tablespoon sauerkraut
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped length wise
  • 1/ 2 cup purple cabbage, chopped length wise
  • Choice of sliced bread


  • Step 1

    Spread pesto on bread, and start layering ingredients. Feel free to add your favorite vegetables and condiments as desired.
