"Chicken pot pie is pure fall comfort food. Tender chicken, peas, carrots, celery, mushrooms and onions are cradled in a luscious herby sauce and then topped with an ultra flakey shell of puff pastry. It’s cozy, delicious, and completely satisfying. I love making mine individual serving size, which helps in portion control too, because this dish is so good you won’t want to stop eating it.
