- 2 slices of bread, toasted
- 1/4 cup vegan spreadable cheese
- 1/2 cup pre-roasted Delicata squash rings
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
- Fried sage, for garnish

Step 1
Top each slice of bread with 2 tablespoons of spreadable cheese. Add the squash rings on top, then garnish with tahini, pomegranate seeds and fried sage. Enjoy!
