Vegan Food Jars
Which jar takes your fancy? Salad, overnight oats or chia pudding? I made these jars this morning during my @thefeedfeed SnapChat takeover! Have you had a chance to watch my takeover yet? Vegan Food Jars

Overnight Oats

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup plant based milk 

Shake & refrigerate overnight. Top with sliced banana, dates, and coconut to serve.

Chia Pudding

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup plant based milk

Stir well & refrigerate overnight. Top w/ fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries & figs to serve.

Salad Jar

Handful of mixed greens

5-10 Cherry tomatoes

handful of Grated carrot

1/2 cup sliced cucumber

1/2 cup sliced radishes

1/4 cup chickpeas

Add salad dressing to the bottom of the jar first. Place the veggies in a jar from heaviest to lightest. Shake well before serving.
