  • 8 cups bone broth
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 4 watermelon radishes, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 green radishes, cut into matchsticks
  • 1/ 2 cup fresh edamame
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 1/ 2 jalapeño, sliced
  • Salt, To Taste
  • Black pepper, To Taste


  • Step 1

    Heat bone broth in a pot and add vegetables and grated ginger. Cook for 10 minutes, until the vegetable are tender. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 2

    Ladle into bowls and garnish with sliced jalapeños.
