- 8 cups bone broth
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 4 watermelon radishes, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 green radishes, cut into matchsticks
- 1/ 2 cup fresh edamame
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 1/ 2 jalapeño, sliced
- Salt, To Taste
- Black pepper, To Taste
Heat bone broth in a pot and add vegetables and grated ginger. Cook for 10 minutes, until the vegetable are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Ladle into bowls and garnish with sliced jalapeños.
