ingredients

  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 1/3 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon ground flax
  • 2 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon manuka honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease an 8” x 11” baking dish with cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    Combine walnuts, pecans, almond flour, ground flax, coconut flakes, and cinnamon in food processor or blender and pulse until desired consistency, preferably still with small chunks.

  • Step 3

    Melt coconut oil in small bowl. Add honey & vanilla, then whisk. Pour wet ingredients over the processed dry mixture and mix thoroughly.

  • Step 4

    Stuff each halved pear with the crumble mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon. Spray once more with coconut oil. Bake for 20 minutes. Drizzle with honey after baking.
