- 1/2 cup chopped Manzanilla olives stuffed with pimento
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cloves minced garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp brine liquid from the olives
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
- Pinch of salt and pepper

In a medium-size bowl, add all of the chopped ingredients. Stir to combine.
