ingredients
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 scoop greens powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Method
Step 1
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with favorite toppings. Some suggestions include fruit, chia seeds, granola, nuts, seeds, puffed quinoa or cereals, and nut butter.
