This morning's bowl is almond butter & berries. Stopped my bowl with frozen raspberries, homemade roasted, vanilla salted almond butter, pumpkin seeds, and hemp seeds!"

  • 1/2 cup raw oats, cooked according to package directions
  • 10-12 frozen raspberries
  • Homemade roasted vanilla salted almond butter (recipe below)
  • Pumpkin seeds, as garnish
  • Sprinkle of hemp seeds

Method

  • Step 1

    Add cooked oatmeal in a bowl and top with frozen raspberries, almond butter, pumpkin seeds, and hemp seeds.

For the Roasted Vanilla Salted Almond Butter

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup roasted raw almonds
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Sprinkle of pink himalayan salt

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend for 10-15 minutes it becomes thick and creamy.
