  • 1 tablespoon jam or fruit syrup
  • 1 cup of fresh fruit of choice, diced
  • 2 tablespoons toasted coconut, optional*
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds, optional*
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter, optional*
  • 1/4 cup granola, optional*

Method

  • Step 1

    To your favorite breakfast bowl, add 1 cup of yogurt.

  • Step 2

    Drizzle with jam.

  • Step 3

    Top with fruit and the optional nut butter.

  • Step 4

    Sprinkle with almonds, and the optional toasted coconut, chia seeds, and granola.
