- 250 grams Striped Farfalle Italian Pasta
- 2 cups Mini San Marzano Tomatoes
- 1/12 Red onion
- 5 slices Tofu
- Handful Basil
Method
Step 1
In a pan stir fry the onions, mini tomatoes and tofu until tofu starts to brown. Add salt and pepper as desired
Step 2
Cool the pasta until done
Step 3
Add together and serve garnished with basil
