  • 250 grams Striped Farfalle Italian Pasta
  • 2 cups Mini San Marzano Tomatoes
  • 1/12 Red onion
  • 5 slices Tofu
  • Handful Basil


  • Step 1

    In a pan stir fry the onions, mini tomatoes and tofu until tofu starts to brown. Add salt and pepper as desired

  • Step 2

    Cool the pasta until done

  • Step 3

    Add together and serve garnished with basil
