- 1 Flatbread
- Avocado
- 1 Egg
- 1 To Taste Capers
- To Taste Olive oil
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Pepper
Method
Step 1
Boil one egg
Step 2
Make an avocado flower with half avocado (for instructions look it up on YouTube) and save the other half for the egg.
Step 3
Toast the flatbread. Place avocado, eggs over the flatbread and season to taste with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Garnish with capers, rosemary and roasted baby peppers.
